  Hi I'm writing to make a formal complaint about your Lismore NSW 2480 store, there is a older lady that works their by the name of Amanda, she was very rude to me the other day on Saturday 11th November 2017 and today as well, she don't know me whatsoever it was like she didn't know how to communicate with an Aboriginal person or she just don't like our kind or just plain rude, I could tell by the way she spoke to be, talking down on me like she's high and mighty. I told her straight I want something done about her I purchased over $300 worth the clothing, suits and shoes for my sons Year 12 Formal tomorrow afternoon and she didn't like to give me the 30% discount that was on today 15/11/2017 @5.30pm. It made me feel so belittled and sad we get enough racism on a daily basis from everyday Australian people and we have to get it from people were we buying expensive items off why couldn't she be a nice person or pretend I was "WHITE" and yes I am a Proud Aboriginal woman whom was so proud excited to get this nice suit for our son what a great achievement it is for us, not many of us will go this far in school.. Well I hope you get the point and do something about AMANDA because she was well and truly RUDE!!!
