    I purchased a particular barrel, bag less vacuum & had it in for repairs. When it returned it was exactly the same, so it was sent back to rectify the problem.

    This new model does exactly the same as the first & has been sent back for repairs. When I got around to try it, it did exactly the same again after 5minutes of use.

    These guys are totally clueless about what they are selling sales person had no idea how to but fittings together. They can't repair what they sell they send to Brisbane leaving the customer waiting for weeks. Telling customers that they are vacuum cleaner experts. Don't think so

    The problem couldn't be fixed (2.5 year old vacuum) so I was vigorously encouraged to buy the next model up minus repair costs.
