    I cannot say anything about this guy's experience, of course, but I bought my first Honda from this dealership 4 years ago and I am with them ever since. I moved to another place 2,5 hours away from Lismore, but I still prefer to deal with them for maintenance and anything else, because local dealerships are so impersonal and greedy. I will stay with Honda just because it is the best car dealership I ever came across in Australia or world wide. The staff is friendly and helpful, they wash my car every week for free (or they used to when I lived near by), they are ready to get out of they way to accommodate the customer. There were a couple of misunderstandings along the way when I winged about them, but at the end they were always right and I was wrong, because they know their business. Good car dealerships are so rare that it hurts me to see that somebody tries to rubbish a good business.
