  Particularly, if you are a woman, don't go near this place. Buy private, save GST and avoid 'upselling' usually only found in MacDonalds. There are many good people in the auto industry.

  Probably the best service you will find. James Frizelle's staff are up there with the best..professional, reliable, helpful, friendly. I regularly take my clients cars here for service..I've not had any faults or problems.

  I wouldn't even give them a fraction of a star. Dodgey crooks. Don't service your car but say they do... if there is any problem they ensure they do not respond and will happily lie if they do. Don't care about their customers and believe if you didn't buy your car from them then they don't have to service your car properly... Shouldn't not be a VW service centre as they don't understand VWs at all. Never had such a bad experience with a service centre EVER. Will never buy a VW again becuase of them.

  Never before have I heard of a car yard where "we don't give out a salesmans' mobile number". They took advantage of a young vulnerable female friend who had just had an accident, in shock, upselling an over priced ($1300) extended (in house presumably) warranty (that doesn't cover any major items) and then knowing she was vulnerable, post sale, convincing her she needed another $900 of paint protection etc when they had already serviced the used car 2 months ago, marketed as $17,990 Drive Away.
