    Again drove all the way to the "service" centre, and upon drop off was told it would be ready in 3 and a bit hours. WTF? This isn't the first time this "service" centre has failed to give accurate information or be organized enough to have a part ready for the job it was booked in for. If you buy a Jeep, get it serviced elsewhere.

    Service department is woeful. Had booked in for the replacement of a specific part, even confirming that they would have the part...and when arrived for the appointment had to reschedule because they didn't actual order the part. Not to mention we drive 45mins just to go to this "service" centre.

    When i rescheduled i was told the issue would be fixed in an hour.

    Ordered the wrong part three times. Car didn't even end up getting fixed in the end.
