  It's also interesting that on their site, almost all reviews are 10 stars, averaging 9.1 stars yet google reviews aversge out at about 2.1 stars… ..No… .not suspicious at all.

  New centralised phone system??? They don't even answer the phone or have somebody telling us our call is important to them. Give us the local numbers back please

  Absolute rubbish. I've returned cars here multiple times after they have clearly done very little or nothing. Had to have NRMA come save me after these muppets didn't put a sliding door back together properly and I became stranded when it all fell apart 2 days later. they've also said that they test drive to see what's wrong but the odometer hadn't moved. Do yourself a favour and find someone who actually cares about the quality of their workmanship.

  A bit put out, took my wife's car to them for an oil leak, they identified the issue as tappet cover leak, replaced the tappet cover gasket to the tune of $ 900 when they verbally quoted "about $ 400." (a mechanic on youtube did this job in under an hour) Unfortunately the tappet cover gasket was not the source of the leak and we are sitting with the problem that we had before we went to them. When I paid for the repair the chap who took the money could not tell me anything about what they had done because, "I'm not the bloke who did the work on it". I did not want to make a fuss so paid up and left. I'm a local and my potential business and that of my family and acquaintances is now lost to this establishment for good. In the long run that's thousands of dollars for a couple of hundred bucks now. How reputations are made and lost.
