  I use to be a frequent visitor to Night Owl and it was great. Sadly when Nick and Roz sold it there was a marked change in the quality of service and value for money. The loss of Eagle Boys really didn't help but the new range simply hasn't got the same quality. Following the floods it's slipped further and what you get in the lolly bags etc has shrunk further. The removal of lids for the Frostbite (slushy machine) cups makes it unappealing for me to use because they're easy to spill in the car etc. Even if they don't want to use the bubble lids flat ones would be better than nothing.

  Place is looking great and they have made a huge effort to decrease there plastic usage, improved the food (delish pizzas, winning), friendly staff and the lovely Heather and Carlos.

  Wonderful service. I don't even visit for the softdrink I usually get. I just go in to talk to one of Australia's greatest store clerks

  Compated to other Night Owls on the Gold Coast and Brisbane this previously award winning location is now rather disappointing.

  Have just been into Night Owl in Lismore for the first time in 18 months. I didn't need to be told that it was under new management!!

  Some customers are using the tower cups to make drug paraphernalia. Opening a night owl in Nimbin and selling tower cups will only worsen the cannabis crisis.

  The only place in town that is open 24/7 other than McDonald's. Convenience at it's finest. All I can say is thank God for NightOwl. If you have the midnight munchies and you don't feel like going to Maccas, then come here instead. They even have delicious Eagle Boys pizza here (yum yum). Perfect if you have had a night out at Mary G's on a Saturday and want to take a short walk to get something to eat after everything else has closed down. Staff are friendly here.
