    Thankyou big w for lending a hand during the flood recovering. Providing the clothing collection shop with fantastic clothes racks for our local effected families.

    Always helpful & polite, wish there were more checkouts open, generally like the layout of the store with things easy to find, however I think they could use more staff or improve communication with the electronic/camera dept, I often need to ask which generally requires a lengthy wait, otherwise the prices are very competitive & the range excellent

    Good store, air conditioning can be suspect at times. Staff always helpful.
