  Local Lismore staff have been fantastic, especially Kolosi. We had some frustrations with delivery of home office internet order and with Sydney. Kolosi was attentive and proactive during the whole process and thanks to him it is now sorted to our satisfaction.

  Thank you Dean. Great service and knowledge when I was in the store. And then, when it looked like there might be a problem outside the store with delivery, you went above and beyond and provided a solution. So, in the end, there was no problem - only Dean's much appreciated solution! Big thanks.

  Staff are very helpful, but not like 'helicopters', hovering around continually. Always helpful with suggestions & service. Long hours are ideal, for those who can't manage just 9am-5pm. Great range products. Have been dealing with various Office Works stores since early 1990's. Highly recommend.

  Very good sevice, Mark was a legend explaining the goods I was looking at. Would buy from there again for sure if more of the staff were like Mark

  I was so impressed with the customer service yesterday that I had to let everyone know. They werent just interested in a sale but gave us suggestions and advice on possible solutions to fix our old printer. We bought a new printer but were given the option to return it if we had success with our old computer.
