  I had an issue with a Mac Pro that the warranty repairers could not resolve. Alex and PowerMax resolved the issue and have helped me in other cases. Alex has an amazing bedside manner and everybody I dealt with has been very helpful. PowerMax is a very, very good business and we are lucky to have them in Lismore.

  Took them 48 and1/2 hours for them to fix my phone and only 5mins to fix my phone at Robina. And did not open my phone and failed to fix the screen .

  I live 40 minutes away. I had my phone booked in for a battery change, and when I went there they didn't have any in stock. So they booked me in for the week after. When I went there again, they said my battery is covered under warrenty, which I was stoked with because the first time I went there the guy said it wasn't and it would cost $150. I had to wait 7hrs because there was a few jobs they had to do, which was fine. So when I came back at 5.30 I was surprised it hadn't been done considering they had it for 7hrs. The lady said it wasn't covered under warranty but they can do it another day for $150. I have no idea why they didn't contact me and ask me if I wanted to go a head with it. Now I have to come back for the third time just to get a battery replaced.
