    Delivered in Mar, told it can be up in a week. In late Apr I had enough with being mucked around and spoke with the manager.

    Needed a new roof, fascia and guttering. Made a mistake buying of Steeline. Delivery was on time but was then stuffed around big time for over 2 months for them to start the job. I was told by the sales manager it was because they had a shortage of contractors. Finally they got the roof on taking their time. An arrogant old guy with an English accent came to put on the and guttering and flashings. He badly reeked of Alcohol. This stink was detectable from at least 10 metres away. He left the job unfinished. That's the last I saw of them. Had to finish the job myself. AVOID these butchers.

    Extension delivered but no plans after several weeks. Paid majority but held back small amount until all outstanding completed.
