  it seem once you pay these people the prescription must go to China on a very slow boat . while the customer is left to tolerate pitiful slow service have worn glasses for many years never have been left waiting this long

  I found Specsavers Lismore VERY UNHELPFUL, Would not give details of test. Money Grabbing Maggots at best and they get your glasses from the Philippians for less than $100 and markup the rest. I suppose there is no law that prevents a company from financially raping us.

  After seeing Spec Savers advertising, and being interested in some new glasses / prescription sunglasses, I decided to head on down to Spec Savers Optometrists in Lismore. I found the service to be friendly, and they had quite a good range of glasses and sunglasses available. It did take some time to book in (since they were quite busy), however, when I did have my appointment to get my prescription updated, the Optometrist was really friendly and professional. Much more pleasant and friendly, and happy to explain things than the previous Optometrist I've been to in the past. I ordered two new pairs, and I must say their pricing is pretty good! Overall, I was really happy with the service, the only downside was the time it took for my new glasses to arrive, which was almost 2 full weeks, whereas with my previous Optometrist they usually arrived in 2-3 business days. That's the one thing they could improve. Other than that, and if you're not in a hurry, highly recommended!
