  I ordered two pieces of chicken, one chicken burger and one large chips. After a long wait I finally picked up my order and drove home near by.

  On returning home to Lismore from an overseas trip, tired and hungry, my wife and I decided to bypass BP Chinderah Service Centre drive on to KFC in Lismore use their drive through and eat at home. (Big mistake)

  Under normal circumstances I would have taken the order back and made a complaint. However after travelling all day and returning home at 10.30 pm I desired to ring and inform the manager the next day. After two attempts at a phone call simply to inform to manager what is happening at the store the phone RANG OUT. I was not after my money back or a replacement, a simple apology would have sufficed.

  I struggle to understand why people ever return to this store. The primary focus of this outlet is turnover, not quality of any kind eg. customer service, staff morale , leadership, hygiene. It seems to be pump out the product, whether it is cooked or correct order does not matter.

  Very bad I visit first time today and regretting. Very bad quality food trust me go somewhere else but never go to that place. Next time I prefer to starve rather than going to kfc.

  I was dreadfully disappointed to find one small breast and one burnt dried up wing. Both the chicken and the chips could only be described as lukewarm.
