  Patrick and is team have been responsible for the management of our rental property over the past 12 years. We couldn't have been happier with Higgins' Real Estate services during this time in maintaining and managing our property. With Patrick's unique style of doing a large number of minor repairs himself this has saved us many hundreds if not thousands of dollars during that time. We have never heard of another Real Estate Agent providing that sort of service.
