  Walked into store recently. 7 staff. 2 customers. Time until someone even acknowledges you - 2 minutes. Feels like possibly in The Matrix or employees are advanced Japanese automata. Eventually talk to someone starting with K. Issue resolved? Well... Someone will call you shortly. A week goes by. Nobody calls back. Amazing. Call Store on Google listed official number. Answering machine that doesn't state I've called Telstra. "Hello your call cannot be taken at the moment so please leave your message after the tone".. beeep. Telstra - The pinnacle of telecommunications in Australia. Service so bad it could frustrate the Buddha.

  First visit told to come back after waiting 20 minutes already. Returned at the appointed time to be told IT issues ( fair enough). At this point I overheard the salesman told by his manager not to call support but to serve other customers first.

  Such a shame the shop in town won't be reopening after the floods only ever had good experiences there and was treated like a valued customer.
