    So impressed with the customer service and helpfulness - very rare to find nowadays. All sorted within 15 minutes or so and left Yes Optus Woodlark St. actually feeling as though the customer matters. Thank you very much to the staff. Keep up the good work.

    The service was great. With just 2 staff working, I was served immediately and got my new iphone7. Compared to Telstra where I was fobbed off by 4 different people, Optus Lismore was a dream.

    Customer of the last couple years, I took my phone back for warranty, phone has a well known and crippling issue with the battery that makes the phone next to useless, and because there was a hairline crack in the rear camera visor they did not help one bit. Useless.
