  This is by far the most friendly and helpful vets in the country. They care for you and your animal and they are fast and believe in getting your animal home asap. I would recommend anyone take there animals there for the best care in the country. Thanks to all the ssff and the vet who stitched up my dog. I thought it would cost me thousands of dollars. But $700 was awesome for what they did. 10/10 for everything.

  My limited previous experiences of Keen St Vet Clinic have been generally positive. However, I was disappointed by my most recent contact, whereby the front-desk staff made poor decision in making an appointment for my dog's surgery on a day that the diagnosing vet was scheduled to be away. The same staff member also clarified the vet's quote incorrectly, after I'd explicitly asked to speak with the vet directly. This was claimed to be an apparent "miscommunication", which it clearly was not - as I asked specific questions which were incorrectly advised. The surgeon also lacked communicative skills, and was unwillingly to even listen to my queries or concerns - seemingly knowing more about my dog's behaviour and temperament after 5min that me after almost 9yrs! I cannot however fault the technical aspect of the surgery. These concerns have already been raised with management, but I certainly won't be returning my business here.
